Introduction to Job Grids

Here’s what each column in the grid shows:

• Blue Media icon – opens the Review Portal.
• Job Title & code – unique identifier.
• Project – name of the Project this job is part of.
• Project Code – unique within its home Org unit.
• New Activity – number of interactions with the job since last login to the portal.
• Status of Job – the job’s current status.
• Uploads – total number of Subjects with the latest status (media awaiting review, accepted/rejected/retake).
• Site name & external ref – job location & optional code.

Search

You can use the Search bar to find specific jobs.

Sort

Use the up or down arrows in the col;umn headers to sort the order of the rows visible in the grid.
